TAJINDER GREWAL
MLA for Saskatoon University Sutherland

Tajinder Grewal was first elected MLA for Saskatoon University-Sutherland in 2024. He is the Shadow Minister for Advanced Education, as well as the Deputy Chair of the Standing Committee on the Economy.

Tajinder has a B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.), M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Plant Pathology. He has a passion for agriculture that eventually led him to become a Professional Agrologist with the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists. 

He worked as a chief scientist and head of the genomics lab with SGS Canada. He was also previously a research officer at the University of Saskatchewan and a research scientist at the Saskatchewan Research Council.
