“Diversity in Leadership Summit” was an exceptional event organized by Saskatoon Open Door Society. Great listening to many speakers for their perspectives on diversity and leadership. Very proud to say that Saskatoon is home to many diverse communities and leaders.

It was truly an honour to emcee the inaugural Diversity in Leadership Summit hosted by the Saskatoon Open Door Society (SODS).

It was an inspiring day dedicated to inclusive leadership and ensuring diverse and underrepresented voices are heard, seen, and thriving in leadership. By bringing together senior leaders, allies, and partners from across sectors, we shared diverse perspectives and experiences that remind us how much we can achieve when we lead together.

That collective energy was perfectly captured by this year’s Leadership and Community Engagement (LACE) graduates. Sincerest congratulations to each of you.
