We are truly impressed to see firsthand the incredible work being done at the Global Agri-Food Advancement Partnership (GAAP), the Global Institute for Food Security (GIFS), and the Saskatchewan Food Industry Development Centre.

These institutions are playing a critical role in advancing innovation—helping move ideas from research to real-world application by scaling up and commercializing new products.

Their work is not only strengthening our local economy but also positioning Saskatchewan as a global leader in agri-food and biotechnology.
